Morning Melodies Tuesday 29th Dec.
A morning of music by Mike & Thom Jackson and Oriel Glennen.
Oriel Glennen began the performance with great anecdotes from her childhood and songs which she had written, which certainly touched the heart of the audience.
Mike introduced his youngest son Thom, who sang some great songs, Danny Boy, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, accompanying himself on the ukulele.
Mike joined Thom on stage, singing and playing some very interesting instruments - amongst these were a Jaw Harp, Bones, Hammer Dulcimer and many more.
Oriel joined them for the final songs which entranced the audience, who were enthralled by such talented musicians, who certainly showed that they enjoyed entertaining.
The morning ended with a sing-song and an audience who certainly will attend these "Morning Melodies" next year.
